STEMD runs clinics, media and education ventures of its own. Every automation we sell has been run against a real P&L before it was offered to a client — which is why we say no to a fair number of automation ideas.

Audit before build
No development starts before the problem is understood and quantified. Cosmetic automation on top of technical debt is not a service we sell.
One system, not tools
Isolated chatbots create new silos. Everything we build reports into the same CRM and the same dashboard.
Agents never invent
Prices, terms, clinical and legal statements come from approved company sources. When the data is missing, the agent says so.
Every phase has a KPI
If a layer cannot show the number it improved, it does not get extended.
