Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, company, phone number, email address and the text of your message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is bought from third parties.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to work together, to prepare and perform a contract. We do not use these details for unrelated marketing and do not sell them.
Legal basis
Your submission of the form is the request that precedes a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to a contract are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who else sees it
The hosting provider that runs this server, and the email provider that delivers our correspondence. Both act on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it.
When advertising and analytics tags are active, Google and Meta also receive a signal that a page was viewed or a form submitted. They do not receive your name, phone number, email address or the text of your message. Details, and how to withdraw consent, are in the cookie section below.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, object to its processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@stemd.net; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
How it is protected
The site runs over HTTPS. Administrative access requires a password and a second factor. Enquiries are stored on the same server as the site, not in third-party services.

What this site is
An informational site about the services of Sergio Demianov. Descriptions of services, capabilities and results are illustrative and are not a public offer. The scope, price and terms of any work are agreed in a separate written contract.
Content and rights
Texts, images, page structure and code of this site belong to Sergio Demianov. You may quote them with a link to the source. Reproduction as your own material, in whole or in part, is not permitted.
Liability
We keep the site accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of material published here. External links lead to sites we do not control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Disputes not settled by negotiation are resolved in the courts of that country.
Cookies
This site uses cookies from analytics and advertising services. They are only set after you accept them in the banner; if you choose “essential only”, no advertising cookie is written and the advertising tools receive no identifiers.
Visits are counted by our own script on this server: it records the page address and the referring site, without cookies and without identifying you personally.

Where the data goes
These services may transfer data to the United States. These providers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We pass no name, phone number or email address to them: they receive the fact of a page view or a form submission, not its contents.
