STEMD AI · Corporate training
A system nobody knows how to run is not automation.
We teach your team to work with the system that runs your business — and to keep extending it after we leave.
Why this exists
Most automation fails after go-live, not during it.
The system is built, the agents answer, the reports assemble themselves. Six months later the sales team is back in a spreadsheet, because the person who understood the system left, and nobody else was ever taught. Training is what makes the difference between a project and a capability.
The system outlives the project
Your team changes prompts, adds a pipeline stage and reads the analytics without waiting for us.
Decisions stop being guesses
Managers learn to tell where automation pays and where it only moves work around.
Adoption instead of resistance
People who understand what an agent does stop competing with it and start using it.
Less dependence on the vendor
Deliberately. A client who cannot manage without us is a client we failed.
Build while learning
The first day ends with a working agent.
Participants connect a real task, set its boundaries, and leave with something they can continue using.
View the programmeProgramme
Six modules, in the order systems are actually built.
The programme follows the layers of STEMD AI Business OS. Modules are combined per company: some teams need the whole path, others only the two layers they are about to touch.
AI CheckUp: reading where money leaks
How to map lead sources, response times and repeated manual work; how to tell a process worth automating from one worth deleting; how to estimate effect before building anything.
CRM as the core, not another tool
Pipeline structure, data quality, what a lead record must hold, why a deal without a next step is a lost deal. Practice on your own CRM, not a demo account.
AI agents in sales and service
What an agent may decide and what it must never invent; how to write and test instructions; how to hand a hot conversation to a human without the client repeating themselves.
Operations: documents and repeated work
Contracts, invoices, proposals, internal requests. How to describe a process so it can be automated, and how to keep a knowledge base that agents can actually use.
Marketing tied to revenue
Content and campaigns measured in leads and deals rather than likes; segmentation, follow-up, reactivation, attribution that survives contact with reality.
Analytics and management
Which figures a manager should look at daily, which weekly, and which are decoration. How to ask the system a question and recognise an answer that has no data behind it.
How we teach
Four rules, learned the hard way.
Something working on day one
The first session ends with an agent your team built and can already use. Not a slide about what an agent is — a running one, on your data.
Thinking, not prompts
An AI agent is a colleague: it has a role, tools and a boundary of responsibility. Teams that grasp that stop hunting for magic wordings and start designing work.
You keep the knowledge base
Every session adds to a knowledge base that stays with your company. Someone hired next year reads it instead of asking the person who was there.
And an agent that answers from it
The course ends by building an internal knowledge agent over that base. Your team asks it questions after we are gone, and it answers from your own materials.
Formats
Three ways to run it.
Online
Live sessions with your team, wherever they are. Recorded, so someone who joins the company later is not left behind.
At the Innovation Hub
In our space in Durrës, Albania. Intensive format, away from the office and the interruptions that come with it.
At your office
We come to you and work on your own systems and your own data — the fastest route to something usable the same week.
How it is assembled
The programme follows the audit, not a catalogue.
We do not sell a fixed course. First an AI CheckUp shows where your company actually loses time and leads; the programme is then built from the modules that address it.
AI CheckUp
We look at sales, CRM, communications, operations and reporting, and map where the losses are.
Programme proposal
Which modules, for whom, in what format and over what period — with the outcome each module is meant to produce.
Training
Sessions on your own systems and your own data. Every module ends with something your team built themselves.
Support afterwards
A period during which your team asks questions while working, so knowledge turns into habit rather than notes.
What we work with
Real tools, not a survey of the market.
We teach the stack your system actually runs on, so what your team learns on Tuesday works in production on Wednesday.

Start with an AI CheckUp
Start with an AI CheckUp
Before anything is built, we map where leads are lost, which processes eat the most hours and where automation pays back fastest. The result is a Transformation Map with priorities and expected KPIs.

Request received.
We reply within one business day with the first questions for the CheckUp.
