Frequently asked questions
Before you ask, you might find it here.
We collected the questions people ask us most often — from "I don't know what to automate" to data security. Didn't find yours? Talk to us directly.
We do not know what to automate. Can you help us work that out?+
That is the most common starting point, and it is exactly what the AI CheckUp is for. Before any technology is discussed, we map where leads are lost, how fast enquiries are answered, which processes consume the most hours and where automation would pay back fastest. You get a Transformation Map: the problem, its financial effect, the proposed tool, the integration needed, the priority and the KPI that will prove it worked.
Why do you start with an audit instead of just building an agent?+
Because an agent on top of a broken pipeline produces confident nonsense faster than a person could. If leads are not captured in one place, if statuses are unreliable, if nobody owns the next step, an AI layer will amplify that mess rather than fix it. We build the CRM foundation first, then the agents on top of it.
How is pricing structured?+
Per project, because every company has a different bottleneck — automating a clinic reception is not the same job as building a management analytics layer. After the AI CheckUp we present a fixed proposal per phase, and each phase has to justify the next one economically. If a layer cannot show the number it improves, we say so instead of selling it.
How long does the first phase take?+
The AI CheckUp itself is measured in weeks, not months, and produces a document you can act on even if you never work with us again. Implementation timelines depend on which layer goes first: a sales agent on existing channels is much faster than rebuilding a CRM structure from scratch. We commit to dates per phase, not to one open-ended project.
Do we have to replace our CRM?+
No. Bitrix24 is our preferred core where it fits the company, but the architecture does not depend on one CRM — where you already have a system that works, we integrate with it. Replacing a working CRM is disruption with a cost; we only propose it when the existing one genuinely cannot hold the data the rest of the system needs.
Can an AI agent invent a price or give a customer a wrong answer?+
That is the single biggest risk in this field and we treat it as a hard rule, not a best effort. Prices, terms, availability, clinical and legal statements come only from approved company sources. When the data is missing, the agent says so and hands the conversation to a person, with the full context attached. Every agent also ships with an escalation path and a KPI for how often it uses it.
Will AI replace our team?+
That is not the goal. The work we take off your team is the repetitive half: answering the same question for the hundredth time, retyping data between systems, chasing follow-ups nobody had time for. What stays with people is what only people do well — judgement, negotiation, care. In practice teams end up handling more volume, not fewer people handling the same volume.
How safe is our data and our clients data?+
Access to every admin panel is behind two-factor authentication, credentials are stored encrypted, and personal data is handled under GDPR. We never sell or share data with third parties for marketing. Where a system holds sensitive records — patient data above all — the clinical and personal layer stays inside your own infrastructure and the AI layer only sees what it needs to do its job.
Do we own what you build, or are we locked into STEMD?+
What is built for you is yours. It is not a licence to use a closed system that only we can maintain. If you decide to change supplier, you take the system with you — that is a deliberate design choice, because a client who stays out of dependence stays for better reasons.
Where do we start, and do you work outside our country?+
The first step is a conversation, not a commitment: fill in the form, tell us briefly what your company does and where it hurts, and we come back with concrete questions and, if it makes sense for both sides, an AI CheckUp. We operate across Ukraine, Portugal, Albania and the United States, and the site is in five languages precisely because our clients are not in one market.
Still have questions?
The best way to find out if this makes sense for your business is a direct conversation — no strings attached.
